Tomato, Pepper, and Ketchup Production and Packaging Lines

This production and packaging line is designed for the manufacturing of tomato sauce, ketchup, or pepper sauce. The entire process operates fully automatically, from vegetable washing to the final packaging stage.

  1. Tomato Selection: The process begins with the collection and selection of suitable tomatoes. They are initially crushed to remove undesirable parts.
  2. Washing and Cleaning: Tomatoes undergo a washing and cleaning process to eliminate dirt and impurities.
  3. Tomato Peeling: Tomatoes are peeled to remove their outer skins. This can be done using steam or hot water.
  4. Tomato Grinding: After peeling, tomatoes are ground into small pieces or squeezed to extract juice.
  5. Cooking: The crushed tomatoes or juice are cooked in special vessels with a blend of spices and other flavorings to give the sauce its distinctive taste.
  6. Packaging: After cooking, the sauce is filled into various containers such as glass jars or plastic bottles.
  7. Cooling and Storage: The sauce is cooled and stored at suitable temperatures until it is ready for distribution.
  8. Addition of Nutritional Supplements: Nutritional supplements such as sugar, salt, vinegar, and spices may be added according to the recipe.

For ketchup production, additional ingredients like vinegar, sugar, and spices are included to give the ketchup its unique flavor.”
