  2. Washing and Cleaning: Potatoes are thoroughly washed and cleaned to remove dirt and debris.
  3. Peeling and Slicing: Potatoes are peeled and cut into thin slices using special equipment.
  4. Additional Processes: Additional steps may include immersing the slices in a saline solution to enhance flavor and give them a distinctive taste.
  5. Frying: The slices are placed in a hot oil bath until they become golden and crispy.
  6. Oil Drainage: After frying, excess oil is drained from the slices.
